we went in today to collect and got mine and kids, for husband its still not ready as per thme and website. Even they refused mine and said its not ready and we told them as per consulate and ur website its ready for pickup. Then they checked and gave mine and for husband they didnt.

Is it normal that his is not showing ready for pickup as we submitted together. He had a good debate and argument with the supervisor their that day so thinking if it is on purpose that his is not ready.

Yeah just write a letter saying that she is a student of this class at this school, it all depends on agent , they gave it back in our case.

They did not take any documents from me, but they usually take ur SC.

Did u submit any other original, one agent was asking for my son’s original canadian birth certificate along with all other’s surrender certificate, but the later one didn’t take any original.

The new thing we noticed today is that they r making fuss about photographs and the once who raises a concern about itthat the same was accepted before and then the agent accepts the photo but innocent people who agrees end up getting robbed by having to pay again for photo. They ask for 2...

Update: now when my husband went 3rd time she didn’t take any original at all… he asked her 3-4 times r u sure she said no , she doesn’t need it then why should she take originals .

The only word they have when u ask them is sign a declaration that bls will not be responsible… this is all they say if you ask anything.

For my son born in Canada they want to keep the original birth certificate as well.

Hi guys , I have been reading all the comments and posts , those were very helpful. But had a horrible experience at bls brampton, these guys will point out anything out of nowhere to make u have a run around.
