VO Montreal. June1311 identified the core confusion for me. I don't need a Visa to enter -- but is it going against my PR to just enter as a normal US citizen?

I applied for PR, and got to the payment screen. My payment was declined. As I tried to find alternative payment, I was logged out. Now I cannot "Continue my Application". Does anybody know how I can pay alternatively? Thank you everybody who has helped me throughout this process.

I applied for FSW EE, and got the invitation to apply. I have aged and am now under the minimum for my group. Do I have to decline the invitation?

I'm from the US, so I was there for a few years :). But yeah, I moved out of my US address on April 3 and moved into my CA address on April 11. But I have no "address" during that week.

It says to not have any gaps in my address history. However, I road-tripped through the US up to Canada, so I didn't have an address for that week. What should I do? It says to not have any gaps.
