It's bit weired. I have not received letter stating medical passed. Neither it shows in my cic account any update on medical. Just received this letter today.

I also received SA today. LVO is New Delhi. Didn't received anything other than SA Approval. Are each visa office process is different? What's the process from now? What's next?
