I am on the same boat, my PR tracker shows everything completed and I can also see the COPR number but on GCkey background and eligibility is in process. I haven't received the email. I don't know what to do next- djay09

Does the info given by IRCC phone agents ever differ from GCMS notes?
Hi @KaiAT , I am in the same situation my COPR number got updated in pr tracker on April 21 but I haven't received any email since then, I am inland applicant can you please help- djay09

Same as you brother, PR tracker got updated on 21st April no portal email. I believe we will receive the email when GCkey gets updated- djay09
