    There was a link for the webform included in the pfl. I submitted it there and i got tons of automated responses right after submitting. The second time I submitted it, I searched for "Manila visa office canada webform".

    Have you linked your application to the PR tracker or GC key?if so, they are just informing that you have successfully linked your application there..You can receive messages from ircc thru that..Nothing to do with your application at all..

    Conjugal partner applicant here..we applied May 2022, Eligibility was stuck from oct.2022 to april 2023 then received pfl on May 2023. I got ppr last June 27th 2023..our VO is Manila..

    I'm not sure if that's enough, let's wait for the senior members to answer your question. I have a suggestion for number 2. Try to provide the bank statements of your joint account that reflected the amounts you sent your spouse together with the screenshots of the transfers.

    Based on some people's posts here regarding visa stamping in India, it took them 2 to 3 weeks to receive their passports after submission.

    After the copr details showed up and everything were completed on the tracker(June 24), they sent me ppr (June 27). Expiry is 17 Sept. 2023, I went to vfs earlier to collect my passport. Hope you'll get PPR soon!

    Have you checked the documents status tab of the tracker? When mine were all completed, i saw copr details on the document status tab..
