I paid for my biometrics to be done back in October 2023, and I just got my official request to do them yesterday.. sometimes it just takes time..

No its not, many people never get an AOR, or maybe they get it right at the end of the process, which is what I mean when I say its not important.. People come on here freaking out because they don't have one yet.. so long as your paperwork was correct you should be fine..

The AOR doesn't really mean anything, assuming your paperwork was filled out correctly and it has been received just wait for them to move forward..

It can take a while, assuming they received the documents, the documents were filled out correctly and you're in the pool they're selecting from, you should be ok.. Only thing you can do is wait.. give it a couple of weeks and then give them a call..

It means they want to you to show the documents are authentic, you should be able to google services in Canada that can do this for you.. Basically the MIFI wants to make sure you're not lying about your educational background. If you're not sure then you should contact an immigration lawyer.

The photo to go with the medical report? I got them from a local pharmacy but in the end the place I did the exam took a picture of me anyway.. if you're not sure then ask the place you're going..

I passed my medical about 2 weeks ago.. So right now I'm getting on with my life, Ill get an email to tell me I have an update on my application when they're ready.. Assuming your paperwork is correct and you've sent it to them.. all you can do is wait..
