I have also seen a similar trend of 5-month processing from at least two people on the /r/ImmigrationCanada subreddit. I just sent all my CSQ documents two weeks ago. So, I am still waiting on that to be approved before I can even consider the PR application. How long have you been waiting?- raguwa
