Virtual ceremony, Mississauga office, 18th of May@ 1 PM

Hey!! Ijuat recieved my certificate in my mailbox! Pleaae check yours!

Super congratulations; i'm not as lucky, took oath on the 18th same office and to date no uodate and not recieved and ai have a urgent trip on the 16th to be around for a criticial surgery for my father....... but so far no luck... sent an email no response... called yesterday they said no...

Oh Man good news for you!! For me they juat said "no indication" which is super bizzare

I hear youit is extremely stressful and unnnecessary ..... please keep me poated if you hear back from them

They didn't say anything on the call center... said that the office had up to 6 weeks to email it!! Which ia a conflict to the actual ceremony they said it takes 2-4 weeks to get!! Did you try to email the office? I emailed them this morning but no response

Hey! I remember it was AM, during the 1 PM ceremony, I just called the call center and they said there is no indication that the certificate was mailed our which puts me in an extremely difficult situation as I have an urgent booked trip on the 16th of May and I don't know what to do now!

Has anyone taken the oath on the 18th of May( +/- 2 day) thru the Mississauga office revieved thier Certificate yet? ( Especially if you are Mid/downtown Toronto)

Not all applications need to submit fingerprints nor go for an interview, nobody can tell you which section will turn to complete next, each case is different and depends in the officer managing your file.

No you recieve the certificate 2-4 weeks after Oath.

There is no "one size fits all" there are cases where they do them section by section, others happen mostly at once, depends on the officer really.

I'm not disagreeing with you, and I do not agree with the draconian "notwithstanding" . My only point is that there has to be a way to resuce the impact on the tax payers that are eventually funding both sides.There are people with critical situations even that are not getting any help...

I think it's Scarbourogh... I did some online search and I found this email address CIT-SCARBOROUGH@cic.gc.ca I emailed them... will keep you all posted.. I suspect that I Won't get a difference answer than the one Sath got and posted above.........
