Same for me. I applied for my parents TRV in August 2023 and their eligibility was competed in September 2023 and background was in progress then completed in September 2023. But then on Jan 19 2025 their eligibility changed to in progress again...

Applied beginning of August. They live in Iran.

My parents applied for a tourist visa and their biometrics and eligibility are complete as of Sept 04. The background check says in process. Does it take about a month for them to get back to us now??

My background and eligibility were "in process" together until 6/21 when they both changed to "complete". My biometrics and medical were complete a couple of days after I submitted them.
