Hi guys Mailed my sponsorship application on mar/2020… received the eligibility passed in NOV 2022, no news ever since; it has passed 3 years already; what should i do? Is there any office i can take my case or federal court?

I read the demands of strikers, one of them was “cost of living”… how about us? After 2 years of sending applications and so many delays?! Don’t we have a family? Don’t we live here? Do they have a minimum understanding of how many People and their families are suffering?

Is there any one also in the same timeframe? Like passed eligibility, criminal, biometric, medical but waiting for background check?

Passed my eligibility on sponsorship application nov/20/22 after 2 years in Etobicoke IRCC, now after 6 months says they are processing my background check, here comes the strike!!! What will happen? How long usually security check takes? Why Etobicoke takes forever?
