You can send an email to the officer who approved your stage 1 AIP, let them know that further details requested for the stage 2 processing was submitted months back and ask if there is anything else required from you. Good luck.

About a week now. at first it was in process so i sent an email to the stage 1 approval officer, stating we have submitted all the stage 2 requirements for processing. 2 days after i saw that application state shows decision made. so i opted to call and verify with Ircc and i was told everything...

I have the same question, my application also shows decision made online but i haven't received any notification from IRCC concerning portal email. I called IRCC and the agent confirmed every steps have been passed.

Fill the form, print it out , sign it, scan and email it back to them.
