timeline: Applicate of January 2021 -oath was on 24 of May 2023 -request urgent certificate pick up on 25 of May -certificate pickup time from 9am to 4pm on 31 of May - apply for urgent passport on 31 of May - passport pick up time from 9am to 4pm on 1st of June (today)

Hello , I received the email the next day after oath. I would suggest you contact ircc and ask cuz if u don't pickup the Certificate on time, u will have to wait 4 to 6 weeks to receive it by mail
