-Yes, she's in Belgium but holds Indian passport. So, yes, needs a visa. We already got the AOR. - by normal i meant the normal temporary resident visa, but I read somewhere that we should show dual intent. (i.e. normal visitor requirements+ say that I'll stay if my PR application gets...- boggart

Hey, can you please cover this in more detail? I have the AOR for my wife. She's in Belgium. I am a PR. Should we go ahead with dual intent or normal tourist visa with AOR mentioned? And once she's here on her visitor visa, is it considered 'living in Canada with your sponsor'? and/or is it a...- boggart
