Yes, inland NS. I did my medical last year again, before the policy exemption for Medical was announced.

I submitted my application in Feb and the last update was Medical Passed in March and the Background also updated to not applicable.

I had the medical pass update on March 28 and criminality(background) also passed.

I checked this one previously as well and I believe to be in NA2 stage. I also noticed the processing time increased by a month, earlier it mentioned 4 months on the IRCC website.

Does your background check still saying in progress or any changes to it? My last update also says medical passed but under Background it changed to Not Applicable around 15-20 days back.

I had my background status change to "Not Applicable." around April 25 and earlier it was in progress and the latest update still is of the medical passed.

Seems to be true as one of my coworker got her PR within 3.5 months after receiving the AOR. I have seen the AIP timeline on other platforms as well and some of them are getting the approval in this range as well. There will definitely be exceptions for some applications but hopefully for...

Inland applicants are exempt for the medical requirement, and if you have attached the last one you did it should be fine. It might take some time but you will also see the message "You passed the medical exam" under Review of medical results.
