In your view, is filing online application, likely to raise more issues than mailing the regular paper application? and did you actually forgot to upload the photos or the photo scan was wrong?

You do raise a valid point but as of now the first intent is to renew the PR card ( as my days of absence do not exceed 1089 days in any case as of now , yes it is borderline case) and the idea is to enter and apply , then leave and get hold of it via some friend bringing it back or me taking...

Hi All, I was about to file my PR card renewal application through regular paper application process, As some one told me that for PR renewal online application is not applicable here. ( this conversation is of early April 2023) Is it true?

ALso isn't it true that, when the PR card reaches the canadian address given, I would be required to sign for it else it wont be given to anyone living at that address. If thats so, then would I not have to go back to get it. ?
