    Global Talent stream work visa from Pakistan ..GCMS notes say review required .Any suggestions

    Hello , My friend applied closed work permit from Pakistan .He Got global talent stream LMIA. Its been 8 months his file got stuck and GCMS notes say eligibility: Review required with no notes. In the past he applied student visa three times and got rejected but that was 7 years ago. Any thoughts?
