From what I've seen around here, having study permit details in the tracker means u got it 100%. There's probably just a large backlog of applications to be processed? Might also have something to do with that double BVL? I would raise a webform to find out.

Finally got my PPR today. (20 Days after BVL) Timeline: Submission: Feb 9 Bio: Feb 23 BVL: Mar 24 -Study permit and Visa details showed up on the tracker. PPR: Apr 13 Good luck everyone!

yea i was worried until i saw everyone getting their PPR's here and we all seem to fit the same profile i dont even know why they would send the BVL days ahead of the final decision, just to mess with people? smh my head im not sure about edmonton, how do you check?
