You have to be in Canada, I recommend you book a ticket and do it in person or else they will push you for only God knows how long! Keep in mind lots are in Canada who are still waiting and those might have a priority in the queue.

Check your email folders, they might sent you an email requesting more documents

It won’t take that long, mine took around 2 weeks, they requested ID scan after a week and within couple of days they sent me my entry exit records. I only asked for entry and exit notes
