I emailed to ccsupport@blsinternational.net, I received initial response in 24 working hours and the tracking number in the following day. By then the package itself had arrived.

I emailed them last week asking for tracking number, apparently they haven't dispatched it yet and said will share the tracking number when dispatched. Update: I received my passport/package, I'm fedup with this postal application stuff, will do a walk in.

No, did not get any notification. I checked in tracker, says returned on April 3.

Damn, my application was received at BLS on 23rd March and haven't received any response yet. Will mostly like returned :mad: They increased the cost by a few $$$, its going to cost a lot more to send it back with new bank draft.

I linked my application on day 1 (March 8), but I don't see any updates yet. I see people with March 13 COPR are already getting updates. As usual IRCC is being unpredictable.

Its very common, if you go check the posts on this thread you may notice a lot of people got PR card separately even when they had the residence. It could often take a couple days or a few weeks.

@Shesa007 Just yesterday, roughly 2 weeks. The transit time is only about 2-3 days, it was under processing for about 10 days.

Sorry to hear that, I replied from both mine and my spouse's email. Try webforms and call center. In some rare cases I see it takes as long as a month to receive PPR after eCOPR, I hope you hear from them soon!

We have submitted the passport only on 16th March, apparently it takes at least a week.

I just received PPR letter in GC account, after a week.

Actually I tried combinations, replied to first email, replied from my spouse email account too, once continued in chain, replied to COPR email. After 5 emails in a span of 7 days they replied to one of my recent email. I hope you will get your COPR tomorrow, usually Tuesdays I see more...

I just replied to the same port email, they replied only to 1 of my 5 emails in last 1 week.

They replied to one of my emails and said the PPR letter was sent on 8th March itself but I don't see anything on my end. The call center agent said for some wired reason this PPR letter is being sent through regular mail, have to wait for it to arrive. Will update when I receive it.

I got eCOPR on 8th March and linked PR card to GC key account on same day. I notice that my biometrics info disappeared from all my applications, is it common?

I'm also still waiting for PPR, hope we get it all on Monday! Keep us posted here please.

Not started only, there is no eligibility check for dependents. Have you received COPR and PPR for dependents?
