I have just checked the other one and it was received May 5th at New Waterford. No AOR yet. I will let you know when we get it so it will give you an idea of when you should get yours. I would not re send documents as it may delay it.

When I contacted them, they said I got to wait until Processing time had passed. They had no record of an AOR. I got it 2 months after my application was received. Processing times are longer now than they were in January.

Hi, I sent mine in January 23rd and it went to New Waterford. It took about 2 months to get my AOR and got my card 2 weeks later. The processing times when I sent mine was 65 days. I think it is now around 90 days for processing. So you may not receive your AOR until August. Hope this helps Hi...
