Re UK Police Certificate, if it doesn't show up in time just sent a proof that you have applied. (email screenshots). Then follow up with it once you got it.

To my knowledge, a person is not eligible for implied status if they applied through federal self employed stream.

Hi, I applied January 2021. Similar to you my application had an estimated completion date way back in July 2023, since then no update. It depends what visa office you've applied to but from what I can see in other threads here in this forum the minimum wait is around 3.5 years.
