Nope. The consensus is the cap that CAQ has put on Quebec immigration.

    Sponsor Quebec (wife) - Inland

My eligibility is marked complete during the previous week. No eCOPR yet though, and the number hasn't shown up on the tracker.

March 2023 Inland Spousal Sponsorship Applicants

Nearly 1 whole month. I received mine end of May. I applied last October from Quebec, so eight months and counting now.

March 2023 Inland Spousal Sponsorship Applicants

I did. Webform had no use, GCMS notes shown that the last time they touched my file was back in March, so they actually just didn't work on my file for three months.

    1 month? Try 6 months…

    Background complete then stuck?

Thanks for the tip! I've actually sent an email to my MP last Thursday, although he hasn't gotten back to me yet. If there's no response until next week I will try to call him instead.

    Background complete then stuck?

Thanks for your reply! This is an inland file? It's good to see progress for QC applications - gives me some hope after not hearing anything for six months.

Congrats! What's your timeline? Did you apply from Quebec?

    Inland Quebec timeline Nov 2022

Still no update whatsoever at any front. GCMS indicates that CSQ was received by IRCC at the start of March, which was quite a delay. The newest GCMS notes back at the end of March also remarks that my file is "ready for decision maker", although I'm not certain what that means. Other than...

March 2023 Inland Spousal Sponsorship Applicants

For the Quebec inland applicants, how long have you guys been waiting since CSQ? It's coming up into the sixth months for me now without any communication whatsoever. According to the GCMS notes, it seems that IRCC has a two month delay between when MIFI issues the CSQ and them receiving it...

    GCMS Notes Delay

Start of May, received end of May. You could also try to apply from CBSA, maybe they'll be quicker, although obviously there's no way to be sure.

    GCMS Notes Delay

I received mine in almost exactly a full month, so that's not normal.

    IRCC inconsistencies

Inland common-law from Quebec. Could attest to the inconsistency. The GCMS notes, PR tracker, and GC key information all differ from each other. Even on the GCMS notes, despite that eligibility is not marked at complete or even in progress, the "notes" section seems to suggest that they had...

    Background complete then stuck?

Hey, did you guys have any updates? I have just received my GCMS notes, and indeed they also did not receive the CSQ until March. We also saw that our last note was back in end of March after the note regarding the CSQ, and it says that all the associated documents were either 'reviewed' or...

Congrats! When was your CSQ reception? When did you apply?

CSQ for Family Class Sponsorship Application (Spouse)

Just want to add that I’ve received the CSQ on 6th Jan, and had transmitted a copy via the Webform. Still nothing after nearly five months now. Inland common-law.

When did you receive your CSQ? Which option did you use for the webform?

    Background complete then stuck?

Since I'm currently residing in Canada I decided to order it through the Privacy Act, so they didn't ask for a fee and I did not need to sign the consent form. How long did it take you to receive the notes?

    Background complete then stuck?

I might try to get my notes as well. How did you do it as the PA? Since only citizens can do it, do you have to go through your partner and submit an IMM 5744 consent form with your request?

06 Jan was the reception. Nothing since.
