    FSW/CEC application with my husband (refugee): his file was clear but not closed

    I applied for FSW and CEC last year in Canada with my husband as the family member. Last October he didn't answer the call from the agent and laster the agent told us that his file was closed becasue he didn't appear on the hearing. He suggest we wait for my application not reopening his file...
