What would I need to get the 50 points for job offer for open work permit, LMIA exempt and working in Canada for one year?

So you cannot get 50 points if you’re applying with an Open Work Permit? In that case, the primary applicant must be under Closed Work Permit? Also irrespective of the type of work permit, after one year of working with the company, you would automatically become LMIA exempt right?
