This might seem like a stupid question, but while calling ircc contact centre when we have to press the numbers to select an option, they don't have the option to withdraw an application right?
@CherAmie Also, just to confirm once again, ECOPR is enough for going back to school right? Like someone doesn't need to have their physical card to show that they are permanent residents of Canada, and are entitled to study?

Guys what does eligibility passed really mean?
Does it mean that the stream you applied for was correct and the info that you provided to support it was sufficient, and you are eligible to receive PR under that?
They ended up filling out the form and then attaching a separate page, where they filled out the table with the places they have visited. Thank you so much for all your help :)
