Applied Jan 12th, and got the email saying "Your PR has been approved..." today! Got invite to portal and pre-arrival letter in separate emails today as well. My gckey portal still doesn't show "Decision Made" though. Should next step be waiting for COPR?

I have not been able to log into ECAS, tried many combinations lol... PR tracker and GCkey both work, and it does seem like whenever it's "in review" it's basically done give and take 2-3 days. I will let you know if I get PAL/SA/AIP in email. So far all progress has only been on portals.
