Yes this path is correct to track the application. I checked my status that PR cards were approved Jan 21 and mailed. Resubmit photo Oct 10.

Congratulations! I resubmitted photos on Oct 5 and photos were received on Oct 11. Till now I received nothing. And who knows their call number please?
