I don't know whats going on. Everytime I tried and follow the steps it says it will transfer me to an agent and then it automatically says " We are experiencing high volume of calls at this moment and we are unable to answer your call and please try later" and then it gets disconnected.

Could you please let me know how the IRCC phone number and steps you followed. I am unable to reach anyone as automated voice prompt keeps saying the call volume is high and they are unable to transfer it a live agent?

Morning guys, joining the thread after I encountered the same with my parents supervisa application. Submitted on 4th July and today we got an email to log in to check the new message. When logged in, there is literally nothing and the application has disappeared. I also tried to call IRCC...
