If Ontario Immigration already told you you can resubmit, what else are you looking for? Surely you don’t expect a volunteer forum to give you more authoritative answer than the provincial government source itself?

Affect you in what way? The new rules apply to apply to applicants after January 2024.

I applied for my PGWP with only an unofficial transcript and completion letter. But that was four years ago. I was never asked for the official transcript. Others may have different experience.

So its a univeristy exemption then. But why complicate matters when you can apply for PR first? If your WP is a closed WP through LMIA you get extra CRS points. Plus you also get points for having relatives in Canada? Assuming you get invited through EE, processing time is around 3 to 4 months...

You can create EE profile anytime.

You will get a T4 even if you only worked for a day (assuming your employer is legit paying taxes). I worked for a day at PC Financial but quit after a day (didn’t like selling credit cards)

If non-Masters graduates can do it on their own, surely Masters graduates can do it on their own as well. All you need is to do your research ahead of time.
