I had an issue with my photograph during the exam. I got an email a few days after the test asking me to upload a copy of my PR card and attach it to the email.

Is it common to have “Decision Made” on ECAS, but the language, prohibitions, and physical presence still says “In Progress” and Oath “Not started” on the tracker? The only things that are complete on my tracker are BG, and Citizenship Test. Thanks for any insight.

I just checked. They contacted me 3 days after I took the exam. I took the exam on Nov 20th, and I got an email on the 23rd.

I had a similar issue when taking the test. My PR card wasn’t uploaded properly, so I had to scan and send the copy of the PR to the agent via email. It took them around 2 and a half weeks to update on my tracker to “Completed”.
