You can pick up directly at Vfs depending on the option you chose. Not ircc.

I got received and under process at ircc. Then almost immediately, I got dispatched from ircc to the Canada Visa Application Centre. I’d pick up mine directly at Vfs office Abuja, GOD willing. I didn’t need to use courier so I’m picking up myself.
