I sent a webform asking what was missing but I never got a reply. I also called IRCC but it wasn't helpful as they did not have any record of my application. I saw some post about portal having a glitch so I just waited and it went away after two weeks.

Received card in the mail today.

I'm not sure if they prioritize expired cards. I would call IRCC and ask for an update since its way over processing time. If you don't get any update maybe try contacting your MP and ask for help. Some people here have posted that their MP helped them with their application.

Same with me. Submitted thru PR portal on Dec. 8, 2022. Have not received any emails from IRCC. Also unable to track on ECAS and no application found on IRCC portal. Gonna wait till next week then Ill call IRCC and ask for an update.

Did you get an AOR or any email from IRCC? Submitted my application online at Dec. 8 2022 still waiting for AOR and cant track my application on ECAS.

I submitted my pr card renewal first week of Dec. via pr portal. Still waiting for an AOR and was checking PR portal today and saw Incomplete Application in the Reason Returned column. The view button is gray and I cannot click on it to fill out the missing info. Anyone had/have the same issue...
