Look at the bottom of the email/ pdf file you see what VO (Visa office) is, if it is MONTREAL... welcome aboard. Next is portal 2 email for Credentials, which can take a month Then portal 3, eCOPR... can take many weeks if that is Montreal. Lots of folks here and myself, portal 2 from Aug. Good...

That is for PR Card isn't it? I can't find a timeline published for eCOPR.

The answer from IRCC could be "Who landing team do you think of"... never heard of that. I called several times P1 Aug 4, P2 Aug 26... still doesn't work.

I did call several times and got the same template answer "It is now in the hand of the officer we don't have more information. I can see in our system that your application is in good shape. If I were you, I would just wait" Webform alr.

P1: Aug 4 P2: Aug 26 submitted right away... Still waiting for eCOPR, from VO Montréal. 48 days already for that file to be produced. Has anyone with a similar timeline already got it? Can you advise if you did some resilient follow-up with them? TIA

Thanks @BA101 I received the same template response as above, 1 month ago... I assumed I was in the virtual queue as told. But then 2 months passed, and nothing happened.

Has anyone got a new eCOPR issued recently by VO Montreal? Can you share your timeline? Any contacts to reach Montreal VO office is highly appreciated. Have been waiting to download eCOPR for 2 months... :( TIA

1st email for credentials: Aug 4. Replied right away. 2nd email: Aug 26... Photos and declarations were submitted right away. Still waiting for an eCOPR after 46 days. VO Montreal. Hope they read this one :) ...and hope those staff are not moody. I don't know what to do...just typing here in vain!

Yes... The IRCC said "it's not 9 months yet. So it's very normal. Keep waiting"

They said "it is 9 months process"

I did... but it didn't work. 1st mail: Aug 4 2nd mail: Aug 26 ... still waiting for it. I hope in 1 month all should be done. This VO seems to work randomly.
