Mine was just informing the TRV was approved. I think yours is in response to a webform. I really think the system is a little overwhelmed so certain processes are being delayed.

My information letter was just telling me the visa was approved and that I’ll be advised when to send my passport. I don’t think you should be concerned. Based on everything I think they approved a bunch of PGWPs right before the holidays and so they are having an influx of TRV applications...

As I thought, my passport is delayed in ON. Hopefully I get it this week.

Update (kinda): Applied - Dec 23 Info letter stating approved - Jan 12 PPR - Jan 20 Passport received at IRCC - Jan 24 Counterfoil printed - Feb 15 Passport received by FedEx - Feb 17 It’s saying it should be delivered today but it’s still showing as being in ON and I’m in AB.

It did say delivered, at 11:35 a.m. and showed the name of the person. My passport still hasn’t been sent back to me yet :/

Like the agent told me on Tuesday, there seems to be a bit of backlog. My counterfoil was printed on Wed. and my FedEx label still isn’t activated. I believe the counterfoils are done in Ottawa.

Counterfoil issued Feb. 15 but FedEx tracking not activated yet.

I randomly checked my GC Key account today and saw it. Still haven’t gotten the email notification. Based on what others say, it should be there tomorrow.

It didn’t change to approved until today when the counterfoil was posted. Even still the status says Updated rather than Approved. I sent a prepaid overnight FedEx envelope so not sure when they’ll send it out.
