Same, eCOPR took 3.5 months for me ...... I just want this process to be over, can't stand the waiting game especially when other VO are handing out eCOPR and pr card within days.

eCOPR 19th of January. Linked both me and my dependents to the GCkey account, still no updates there either. I also put in a web form request last week , did not receive and reply yet. This is ridiculous. Not only to wait for the eCOPR for more then three months but to also wait for the pr card...

Is there anyone from VO Montreal that recieved their EcoPR in January and has received their PR cards in the mail? Is Montreal the only office to have a laid back approach to life and delay anything?

Yes it's devastating actually, I've been waiting a month more then you, the thing is, I think that the office in Montreal are just picking and choosing random cases to approve, sadly they are not doing in date order... People who added their address and photo way after me have already received...
