Can we take E Certificate printed copies for passport application?

I received it too. Mine is Paper application. There was ghost update on March 18th and March 21st. Today it shows BG complete on 03.17.2023

Yeah I had similar experience. May be the AOR email comes late.

For Paper application it is usually 60-61 days.
