    Certainly shall go thru a lawyer. Plan is to complete LICO for 3 years. Meanwhile bring parents and sister in a super visa, apply for H&C while awaiting a PGP invite. Hardship-inability of aging parents to care for and safety reasons.

    There's only the parents and the sister, no other siblings. Presuming all 3 will be in Canada on TRV, while applying a PR for her and the PGP lottery for parents.

    Can a Canadian PR holder obtain a PR for her older adult sister (origin-India) with autism citing herself as the only dependent after her parents? Parents are still alive with the elder sister in India. Can she also obtain permanent visa for her parents to live with her in Canada?
