I think they don’t give you new nomination. They will use the same nomination for linking your new profile. It’s depends on type of officers, I heard that some of them don’t ok to linking new profile rather than waiting to clear this issues by Ircc.

That is a good idea but please double check with some one else. Getting these kind of issues at the last moment can’t be tolerated right. does your sister still using 4 digit or 5 digit? As per IRCC 4 digit code holders won’t receive invitation.
