@amir788 when u landed and u landed at the same port of entry where your bussiness is incorporated? And the sticker which you got on Passport for entry is there the 2 years expiry on that too.

@Amir @amir788 u told 2 of your friends got Wp for less then a year means from the date of issuance of WP. What about you? When did u land how long your wp will valid?

As you said that you applied extension already, and waiting for approval,if u leave canada and enter again once the approval be granted then? Your application is under process and decision to be made only.what if you could leave and enter again after approval.

If somone has to leave canada due to any reason then what could be the possibility in that scenario. He/she has to wait outside unless the permission to b granted and then enter canada?

Dear members, regarding WP extension does the primary applicant must hve to stay in canada unleas the extension granted? Or he/she can leave canada after file the application of extension. So in the whole process until you got your Pre Arrival letter you was inland means on WP. And got etension once the 1st WP got expired. One thing it got expired and applied for extension in that time what will b the status of kids and spouse if they are inland too.

Dear, did you applied the extension by yourself or through any lawyer.. And if the primary applicant want to leave canada before extension got approved and apouse will b in land with kids what will happem in that case.

As per my knowledge the WP will b issued at the port of entry…validity of WP is applicalble from that day to onwards for a year. The sticker which you got from your residence country is just only a entry permit to canada. That is not actual WP. The validity for the entry is also for a year and...
