1111 is for accountants in positions that usually require a university degree. 1311 is for bookkeeper type roles that require only 2 year post-secondary certificate or diploma. If you are entry level working at big 4, you are most likely NOC 1111.

Which province did you apply with? I don't think any of them publish standard processing times, but from my research it seems like the process takes on average about 3 months. You can try reaching out to your employer to see if they have heard anything from the province regarding the endorsement...
