I have my file with RK6165 everything is passed since 1st feb even it shows Final status as approved but haven't received approval email yet

Anyone had their file with officer 6165 and had to wait longer for approval please guide.

when did u you receive the approval email? If u can thelp because i am in same situation since this jan and same both agents

yes it shows all completed since jan 30. on tracker as well as called them and confirmed too.

same here ive been waiting for approval email since jan 30th when all stages were passed

it is really annoying. i talked with agent and she was being rude that it can take weeks to months and we cant do anything that is ircc's standard lol.

Can we do something to expedite the portal email process. All my stages are passed since jan 30th and even on the tracker the copr number is generated and still i haven't received portal email #1. Anyone who has been in the same situation can you please guide me or share your timeline.

everything completed on pr tracker. even i see copr number generated on the tracker. but haven't received portal email. How long does it take to receive portal email after copr number is updated on tracker?
