Thanks for the replies. A glitch makes sense, but I'm hoping it means they are using our photos to make our cards hahahaha

We got ecopr on the 13th and are now waiting for the card. Checking the portal today the uploaded photo was gone, just had the promt to upload a photo like before. Checking again later the photo was back. No emails from ircc rejecting the photo. Has this happened to anyone else? Edit: Now...

Congrats on getting your ecopr! So frustrating though how there seems to be no order or logic behind who gets it first.

Yup pretty much the same with us. Everything submitted in the portal Oct 20, still nothing. Calgary office. The worst part for me is lack of information. I don't know why they can't put a banner on the portal login, or send out a email that explains the delays. Something anything would be nice.
