Thank you everybody for your advice. The event that i plan to participate is on 3rd of November. That is the purpose of my visit. Suppose my application is not finalized by 3rd of November, will my visa be refused then based on my purpose of visit ?

The processing time if i apply is 350 days does this mean that it will take so long? I have 4.5 month until planned visit, I am very confused if i can obtain a visitor visa. I am planning to visit trade fair. Thank you for your advice.
