I got same question. I think VO office where issued eCoPR should approve pr card applications first and then Sydney office will make pr Card. Copr office is related to 1st GU, Sydney office 2nd GU

I am troubling to apply for PRTD by using PR portal(online). My country introduced me we have to apply by only online. I can't access to section of PRTD application and this section appear me gray color. I am waiting for 1st PR card. Ecopr is June 15th 2023. Someone knows what's the problem?

No worries, old medical is normal. CIO passed old medical on the status of R10, and then message was changed from passed medical to do not need medical once transferring to your local office. LVO will decide to pass or not for medical. Just wait for result.
