Hi Mine shows received at Toronto as of 30 Nov as well. Hopefully we receive the OCI booklet within a week as per past timelines.

OCI Postal application. BLS DOA - 17th October OCI website DOA - 9th Nov It's still under Process. We have our flight tickets booked for 19th December..Any chance we would receive it in time..Is anybody aware of the timelines?
