Today, worse, upon click in all payment credit card enter, the screen went 403 again. What shd I do? I redo the payment again and the same 403 error came out and this time slightly better. Saying, the process in progress. It may take 24hrs . I must say i never seen any server like this...

I face the same issue. I am applying from Kuala Lumpur. Each time error 403. I cannot view any reply from Canadian visa.
