that I want them to join us in Canada for travelling reasons.,, they will process the application once you have all the details as i have listed in the earlier messages here,

they replied to say that my parents are exempted to travel. after that,, they replied after almost a month. i also sent in webforms follow up questions and reforwarded my quarantine plans :)

Better to do applications yourself. Its much cheaper faster and more accurate.
