I advise you check other panel physicians Call on phone and explain your situation And one will definitely help you. I called two different panel physicians and they said they couldn't do without AOC.i kept calling others around and two checked their system n said I could come n do it

Hey Had similar case with you Received the medical forms but no AOR but I still got my medical done and for free coz it's in the system Go to an ircc panel physician. Tell them you didn't get the AOC.so they will check in their system and see you're covered.seems the ircc doesn't send AOC...
