How did you find out the photo resolution was too low?

I know of multiple people from December 20th onwards who have received their ECOPR.

I experienced this issue yesterday and today my partners is glitching uploaded and not uploaded and mine is showing as normal.

Trying to reach the person who manages this platform, there is a need for a Pilot Specific Forum under the main immigration forum to go along with CEC, EE etc. There are currently multiple pilot programs with zero representation or ease of access to information on here.
