    But there is still confusion since sending PPR through postal service is a new issue. As far as I know, so far SVO has sent PPRs through email service. There should be a reason behind that it might be case-specific. So we are asking about it to find out what the truth is. Thanks

    Have u received your pp through postal service??!! It seems odd as they request pp through email service system...As far as I know the other guys in the forum have received their pp request through email...So It seems strange

    Thanks for your response klmy I have just tried the full name instead of last name, but there was no difference in result. I think you are right about updating ecas after some days as I googled the issue and found some ideas in accordance with what you said. Anyway, thanks a lot. Best of Luck
